Plant operating system
The Infinity Loop™
The daily management system that runs from your strategy to the line's hourly results, so the plant wins every day.
Proven in plants
Applied in automotive, oil and gas, food and beverage, industrial and CPG companies, from Fortune 500 manufacturers to venture-backed start-ups. Designed and refined by our founder, Assad Mirza.
About our founderWhy it exists
Most plants hold the meetings. Few run the system.
Most plants have daily huddles, tier meetings and even hourly boards. Too often they are a routine the plant goes through without knowing why: targets with no link to the strategy, reds reported but never traced to a cause, and a report that goes up instead of ownership that goes down.
- Meetings without a why.
- Reds without a cause or a corrective action.
- Hourly boards that are extra work for the line.
Daily management today, and the Infinity Loop
| Most plants today | The Infinity Loop | |
|---|---|---|
| Why it runs | A routine the plant goes through | Every meeting tied to what the business needs |
| KPIs and targets | Set at the plant, cut off from the strategy | Cascaded from your strategy to the line |
| When it's red | Reported, then reported again | Cause found and corrective action owned, the same day |
| Ownership | A report that goes up | Owned at every level, down to the line |
| The line | Hourly boards that are extra work | Hourly targets that help the line win |
How it works
From strategy to the hour.
Most daily management systems start at the morning meeting. The Infinity Loop starts with the business: its strategic initiatives become the plant's objectives and plan. Weekly and Daily Direction Setting get the week and the day ahead ready before they start, and Same-Day Recovery closes misses before the day ends.
- Your strategy turned into initiatives, or your initiatives tested.
- Tomorrow set up to win, before it starts.
- Same-Day Recovery: cause and corrective action, not just a red.
From strategy to the hour
| What happens | How often | |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy | Your strategy, turned into initiatives and targets | Yearly |
| Plant plan | A few breakthrough objectives, and the plan to deliver them | Reviewed monthly |
| Weekly Direction Setting | Next week planned before it starts | Weekly |
| Daily Direction Setting | Tomorrow set up to win, before it starts | Daily |
| Did we win today? | Every tier on one SPQDC scorecard. Misses closed through Same-Day Recovery | Daily |
| The line | Plan against actual, every hour | Hourly |
Your system, our standard
It doesn't replace your system. It's the standard your system must meet.
Most large manufacturers already run a daily management system under their own name. We keep your tier meetings and reviews and close the gaps, in your own language. Where a plant has none, we install the Infinity Loop as the system.
- Your meetings, your boards, your names.
- Gaps closed against one standard.
- Installed from scratch where there is none.
The standard
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Direction | Strategy turned into objectives and the plan |
| Planning | Weekly and Daily Direction Setting |
| Daily execution | Did we win today? on one SPQDC scorecard |
| Recovery | Same-Day Recovery: cause and corrective action |
| Leadership | Leaders' routines and ownership at every level |

Common questions
Something else? Ask an operator
What is a daily management system?
The routines a plant uses to run each day against its plan: tier meetings, a scorecard everyone reads the same way, a way to escalate problems, and leaders who follow a set routine. Done well, problems surface within the hour instead of at the end of the month.
What is the Infinity Loop?
Our plant operating system, from strategy to the hour. One SPQDC scorecard runs from the plant plan to the line, so the floor and leadership see the same truth.
Does the Loop set our strategy?
No. The strategy is yours. If it already has initiatives, the Loop assesses and reviews them so they reach the line. If it does not, the Loop helps turn your strategy into initiatives the plant can deliver.
We already run tier meetings. Do we need this?
Most plants do. The question is whether they change anything: targets tied to the strategy, reds traced to a cause and a corrective action, and ownership all the way to the line. The Infinity Loop does not replace your meetings. It is the standard they must meet, and we close the gaps in your own language.
Does it need software?
No. It runs on boards and leaders' routines. Digital scorecards and live data help where you have them, but the system lives in how leaders work, not on a screen.
How do we know it worked?
It is certified only when the system holds at the standard and your finance team validates the results.
Who keeps it running after you leave?
Your own leaders. Every implementation leaves at least one Certified Infinity Loop Practitioner on your team.
